i am 50kg?!?!
last year i was only what 46kg? that was fast! i normally take 1 year to gain 1 kg. this is horrible. i’ve been eating way too much and i’ve been neglecting my exercise. oh my! i wish i could play football again. then the training will give me motivation to strike a balance between eating and exercise. and exercise routines don’t work for me. i like playing on the field and...
